Ticket Terms & Conditions
• Each type of ticket has special terms & conditions that should be reviewed before purchase and ticket issuance from the station or online.
- Change: Permitted 2 times free of charge. trip date and time can be changed up to 60 minutes before departure. Each additional change will be charged the applicable change fees. Changed tickets cannot be canceled and refunded.
- Fare Difference: the difference in fare between the old and new trip will be charged.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your ticket more than 2 hours before departure time. a 30% administration fee will be deducted from the total cost of the ticket. If a ticket is canceled less than 2 hours before departure time. no refund is possible.
- Refund: refer to the above cancellation terms and conditions. Accepted refund requests may take up to 15 business days to be processed.
